GTH Law Group advises you of your rights in divorce proceedings, assists you in obtaining your status in immigration proceedings, and provides guidance in protecting and transferring your assets through estate planning.

What are GTH Law Group’s office hours?

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Do I need to make an appointment if I wish to see an attorney?

Yes. We do not accept walk-in or same-day appointments. Please call 888-736-0895 to make an appointment with the receptionist. The receptionist will schedule you for the next available appointment.

I work from Monday through Friday, may I make an appointment for Saturday?

Yes. However, our Saturday appointments are very limited. Please call 888-736-0895 to speak to a receptionist regarding Saturday appointments.

I work from Monday through Saturday, may I make an appointment for Sunday?

No. GTH Law Group is closed on Sundays.

I do not get off work until 5:00 PM, are there appointments available after 5:00 PM?

Yes. However, after-hour appointments are very limited. If an attorney is available, our receptionist will schedule you for an appointment after 5:00 PM, but no later than 6:30 PM.

What is GTH Law Group’s appointment cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify GTH Law Group at least 24 hours in advance.

Does GTH Law Group offer phone consultations?

Yes, we offer remote consultations over telephone. Additionally, we can consult with you via Zoom, WeChat, or LINE internet applications.  Please call 888-736-0895 to make arrangements.

Is the initial consultation free?

The initial consultation is $350.00 for the first hour. After the first hour, it is $175.00 per half an hour thereafter.

What is the attorney’s hourly rate?

The attorney’s hourly fee is case specific. Please call 888-736-0895 to schedule an appointment in Irvine or Arcadia with an attorney to discuss the attorney fees with you at your initial consultation.
